    Did you try right click on the cells, format number > number tab> select number in list then click the thousand separator and set decimals to say 4 or 5

    hi shimaa01234. format cells? right click those cells from A3:A19 -> Format cells -> Number. check on the Use 1000 Separator (,). then decide how many decimals you wish to see. if your wish is to place as many decimals as possible without seeing extra zeroes, then:
    Format cells -> Custom
    #,##0.########
    put as many hexes in the back as you like.

    #,##0.###
    this above for eg is to see 3 decimals if there are.
    for eg.
    1,245.739
    5,321.21

    #,##0.000
    this is to see 3 decimals no matter what. so
    1,245.739
    5,321.210
