Index match with conditions depending on content of other cells

I posted a few days ago and I appreciate the the help.

I am making a excel spread sheet for a pageant director and I want to try and make it as easy as possible to calculate the scores.

I have attached the excel sheet.

It calculates each set of judges for two different pageants and then it calculates a combined score (separate column).

I have it calculating ultimate, grand and mini but it doesn't take into consideration if ultimate and grand is the same person.

Its kind of hard to explain. I did use a separate column for the combined score because im not sure if you can combine the numbers
with index and match for two columns.

Also on a separate sheet i have each age group calculated as queen, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up. The issue I have here is pretty
much the same, if it picks the someone as ultimate, grand or mini i don't want the person picked as queen, 1st runner up or 2nd.

Anyway that's my issue at the moment. I hope I may pick someones brain on this.
