    Excel formula that will forward the left over amount to the next column

    Hello,
    Please Help I would like to have it so that when I make a payment, Nothing Gets paid until column B is paid in full

    When column B is paid in full, I would like to have the left over amount go to column C, but as I pay Column C

    50% goes to Column C, 10% goes to Column D and 20% goes to Column E and F

    but once column C is paid in full

    Column D gets 10% and Column E & F get 45% each until balance is paid in full

    the only forumla I have right now for Mortgage 1 is =IF(B3<=-1,(B3+A4),"PAID")

    and for mortgage 2 I have =IF(AND(B3>=1,C3<=0),A4*50%+C3,C3)

    Please Help, and Thank You in Advance

Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

    To change a Title go to your first post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.
