Vlookup multiple criteria returning multiple values

I was able to search for Excel FORMULA that returns multiple values with only one criteria (I believe this function has been asked quite frequently). What I am needing right now is to return multiple values with multiple criteria (at least 3).

I attached a sample file for you guys to have a better understanding of my query.

They are not unique as their difference lies on the Number column.

I was able to complete this task thanks to you guys, @Punnam and @NeedForExcel!!Really appreciate your efforts, you guys got different approaches but both worked well.

I think I am already good with what you guys have provided, but if you still want to stretch some brain muscles, my challenge is to have it behave like the Excel Filter function.

• If B1:B3 are empty, display all records
• If B1 gets an entry (B2:B3 are still empty), the list will adjust base on the criterion in B1
• If B2 gets an entry (B1 has the previous entry, B3 is still empty), the list will adjust base on the criteria in B1 and B2
• If B3 gets an entry (B1:B2 have the previous entries), the list will adjust based on the criteria in B1:B3
• If any from B1:B3 gets an entry (the other two are empty), the list will adjust based on the criteria on the selection between B1:B3
