In Sheet1 BO2 I want to look up the value in Sheet1 DQ2 and see if there is a match in Table! Col G
If so I want BO2 to return "1" else ""

If you have found solving my problem/s to be an interesting and educational exercise then how about Repping me up?
No idea why I need Rep, other than feeling left out....
Try using
=IF(ISNA(INDEX(Table!G:G, MATCH(DQ2,Table!G:G,0))), "",1)
