index match function using a table and named ranges

Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to use the index match function based upon 3 different criteria. Any help is appreciated and the workbook is attached if needed.

Worksheet 1
1. Cell b1 is a named cell “reportperiod” which is a dropdown list to select months, June, July, Aug, etc.
2. Cell b2 is a named cell “reportrange” which is a dropdown list to select number of values wanted, 3,6,9,12
3. Cell b3 is a named cell “tournname” which is a dropdown list to select the name of a tournament

Worksheet SF Tourn
1. a table of data, name is sftourn
2. column A = year, B=Tournament, C=Tournbudget D=tournpaid. Columns b-d are numbers

I am trying to use the index/match function to get the values in tournpaid column from the table, based upon the criteria listed in the 3 dropdowns in worksheet 1. These values will be named and used in a chart.

I’m having trouble figuring this out and would appreciate any help.
