Sorting using two variable drop down lists.

I have a sales pipeline that I need to have sorted based on two dfferent variables. First is a dropdown in E2 which represents the different columns that I want to sort by. Then cell F2 is the order in which it becomes sorted. F2 isnt a deal breaker for me if the functionality is too complicated to add. My excel knowledge is fairly basic so VB and macros would be way over my head. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Also....

if I have information in say sheet 2 that I want to have populate onto sheet 1, but the sheet name changes depending on what info I have in a cell on sheet 1, how to get I write in the sheet 2 into the formula.

eg:
say on sheet 1 E6 I had entered "John's BBQ", I want the cells to auto populate info from the "john's bbq" sheet Im going to create and then have it auto-populate into cells F6:T6. Then if I change the text in cell E6 back on sheet 1 to say "Easy Mart" it then references the Easy Mart sheet and inputs the information from that sheet into F6:T6.
