Assistance in creating a calendar to track billable hours and emplyees

Aloha Gang,
looking for some help to create an excel worksheet that will allow me to keep an employee time card, calculate billable hours and create invoices. I would like to be able to have it auto populate each employees hours, hours worked at a particular venue and be able to bill that venue for hours worked from the 1st to the 15th and 16th to the end of the month. TIA!
