Help with sumif formula using a cell for criteria

Hello,

I am using the following formula:

This currently works correctly, however I am wanting to make the first criteria (I4) so that it picks up anything bigger than or equal to I4 rather than only values that are equal to I4. I have managed to do this for the 2nd and 3rd criteria but whenever I add it in for the 1st criteria it makes the formula result 0.

What have I done wrong please?

That sounds like the NOMINAL_CODE column is formatted as text. Assuming you have numerical values in that column you can try converting that column to real numbers by using "text to columns" functionality

Select relevant column then use

Data > Text to columns > Finish

Now try the formula again

Thanks, that was the problem. This table comes directly from an ODBC connection, so it updates itself. Is there any way to automate the converting the text to numbers (by CONCATENATE or something)?
