Automatic Ruining Serial Number Against Multiple Reference in Excel

we have many branches around us.whenever we dispatched to a branch we make a note of continues serial number manually for each time/day.

we begun with new continues set of serial number each day/time.(E.g. Day 1 serial Number 1 to 9, Day 2 to 10 to 25so on and on)

The branches maybe vary therefore whatever branch i have choose i want continues serial Number next to the branch.

if in-case there is a problem(printing problem again re-print) and i would like a previous serial no against date and branch.

pl help me. file attached.

In each day I have dispatched All destination(20 Branch) the same was I have maintain the serial Number manually
The routine process each every day.
i have insert the Name & date drop down list.I want Automatic serial no(column B3)against Branch and date (column B4&B5)
I have lot time spend this much of work. Pl help me
