Find a phrase in file, copy another value on the same line to another file

Dear all,
I am not an excel expert but able to use it to some extent. I know it is very "talented" but wonder if it is even possible to do following action on excel. I want to search a row on a file and if that row includes a specific phrase, I want to copy the data on that line (another row) to a certain cell of another file.

If any cell in “row4” of “file A” contains “staff satisfaction”, copy the value on “row7” of “file A” on the line where “staff satisfaction” was found, to this cell (the cell where Formula is written on File B)

Anyone who can tell if it possible or not? If yes, how :)
