Daily working hours formula

Hi

From the image attached you will see that I am trying to create a graph for hrs needed to complete a number of jobs.

I need x2 formulas
in RED I would like the job number to be generated by looking at each date in column I and checking to see it lies between the dates in columns B & C and if so displaying the job numbers affected for that week along the top as shown.

In Green I would like a formula to display the hrs a day for each job and each allocated day available to work on it.

I really hope this is possible, and would really appreciate any help.

I have attempted to upload the file several times now and it just seems to hang there for over 10mins, I will continue to try though, just so you don't think im ignoring your help.
