    Conditional Formatting with Array Formulas

    Good afternoon,

    I am trying to have a conditional formatting based off of an array formula but can not seem to make it work. Is this even possible to do? Below would be the ideal formula:

    CF functions are always considered as array formula by XL
    Could you please post a sample sheet showing expected results?

    Thanks for the response. I am trying to conditional format the name (in this case: BLUE, RED, GREEN)on Sheet1 if the value on Sheet2 for the given city, country, and destination for the name is greater than 200. I have also added the formula below in hopes it may assist as well:

    Hello
    If you just need to check each combination of Country, City and Location has an associated value greater than 200, then you could use COUNTIFS. For example:

    Formula: copy to clipboard
