Help with an Inventory FIFO Excel Question.

I hope someone can help...
I have a file from a customer with the following columns:
Col A: Material#
Col B: Scheduled Qty
Col C: Delivered Qty
Col D: Balance to be Delivered

I need to complete the following and return it to the Customer:
Col E: Amount to Receive
Col F: Shipped Date

I included Col G: Amt to Receive from Next Order and Col H: Next Shipped Date (the customer wants to see the date for each shipment)

I am able to get the Shipped Qty and Ship Date from another file from our Vendor which includes the following columns: (I added to this one for simplicity)
Col L: Materials#
Col M: Qty Shipped
Col N: ETA (Shipped Date)

Is this something that can be done in Excel?
