IF Statement to compare two dates and insert "Yes" or "No" in a third cell

I've looked through the various threads but can't find the exact answer. I have a spreadsheet with 8000 rows. I need to insert "Yes" or "No" in a final cell for each row based on whether or not the date in Cell AL1 is greater than the date in Cell B1. The other issue is that some rows don't' have a date in cell AL... If there's nothing in the cell, I'd like the formula to display

Is there a formula that will say: If AL1 is > B1, then insert "Yes"; if AL1 is <B1 or AL1 is blank; then insert "No"

Thanks in advance for your help.
