Need to get result as per column headers(different) & row header based on one criteria

Q. Where is LAB on Final Status?==>
in final status I have data with header for style 8501 & 7500
header for 8501 is W-SHADE PRINT NK/TAPE BUTTON WOVEN
header for 7500 is LAB PRINT NK/TAPE BUTTON ST/TAPE
Q. Where is ST/TAPE in final status sheet
==> it is in the headers of style no 7500
Q. Where did the number 8501 come from (Above, in bold and black)?
==> I need the result after summering the header of different styles of the same sheet for a criteria due-sub
==> status of w-shade, or lab or print for criteria due-sub with concatenating with style no
Do you want the entry imported from Final staus to be ajusted to add on 5801?==> yes

Really need it urgently.
