I keep a personal financial statement on an Excel spreadsheet.

I have a credit card that sometimes has a higher balance than I'd like, sometimes has a low balance, and sometimes it has a very low, or no balance.

I'd like Excel to calculate the minimum payment due, without me having to log onto my credit card statement, and look it up each month.

When the credit card balance is higher than I'd like, my minimum payment is 2% of the balance. When the balance is less than $1,770, but $35 or more, the minimum payment is $35. When the balance is less than $35, the minimum payment equals the balance.

My credit card balance is housed in cell H5. My minimum payment is housed in cell F5.

Can someone help me write the formula that will correctly calculate my minimum payment at the various balances I have listed?
