Identifing Certian Numbers within a group of numbers

Hello, like to thank you ahead for your help with my problem. I'm needing a formula that will search through a group of numbers and tells me how many times a certain pair of numbers were found within the group. Example: If I have 3 cells with sets of numbers (4.9.15.33.62.98.101 in 1st cell, 2.5.22.33.62.70.214 in 2nd cell, 9.11.33.62.85.83.119 in 3rd cell) need to know how many times did (33.62) was found (9.11) etc. I have 400 sets of numbers I need to enter and get identified. Hope I was able to explain what I'm trying to accomplish. Please let me know if I need more information.

Hello Richard, you're right. I really meant to say 4,9,15,33,62,98,101. I need to know how many times (9,15) come up together (15,33) (33,62) and so on. Remember I have about 400 more sets of numbers need to enter. Thank you for your response!

Hello, yes that works but what formula did you use to come up with an answer of 3 and 1 in Colum C. I have about 400 set of numbers I need to enter. Please let me know.

Another way to distinguish between say 9,11 and 19,11... array enter this in C1 and fill down.
