Hi wondering if anybody can help me with the following:
How can I get the "Analysis by Donor" table found on the worksheet "Donor Analysis" to sum by donor the amount of boxes under the 3 different categories from the worksheet "Others".

Hi there. There was a stray space at the end of Food in "Others" (fixed). There was an error in the cumulative total formula (fixed). I used an Array formula to return a unique list of donors, sorted alphabetically. I used a Named Range to make this dynamic as more conors are added on. I then used SUMPRODUCT to return the total you wanted. Adjust the range of SUMPRODUCT as needed.
Array Formulas are a little different from ordinary formulas in that they MUST be confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER.
You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around the outside of your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error message or an incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.
Don't type the curly braces yourself - it won't work...
