Hi I have compiled a crossword book that I had as a reusable off line item. Now I want to make it online, but I cannot follow how to shade a whole word without having the actual Excel format bar in the copy. I do not know much about macros or how to make them up.
Please attach a sample of your workbook so we can work on solutions without trying to re-create your data. Remember to remove/replace sensitive info before uploading the file.

Paste the code on a module and enter the bunch of characters and test it out.
