Need to know how many times a unique date appears more than three times for each location

Hello all,

Been lurking for a while and this forum has been invaluable as I learn more about Excel.
I am having trouble working this one out. Attached is a report I get that can't be manipulated. It is dumped in to the workbook on its own sheet and I have to extract what I need from it. It is a list of training classes that have occurred in each location. Column A shows the location, Column B shows the date. There is another column that shows the name of the person, but I redacted that for privacy concerns. What I need to know is how many classes occurred in each location with 3 or more people in it. Can anyone work out a formula that I can put on my formula sheet to calculate that easily?
Results for the attached report should be Houston 14, Austin 9, San Antonio 3, Atlanta 6, Dallas 6

I don't know jack about pivot tables which is why I asked for a formula. Point me towards a good pivot table tutorial?

That is really close. Can I do it while including the whole columns as the size of the data sample will change frequently? If I just enter $A:$A as is I get an error.
