Index Match or Vlookup on Date Ranges

If the "Owner ID" matches on the "Master" and "Lookup" sheets. How can I have the "Event" cell filled on the Master Sheet with the corresponding "Event Name" from the "Lookup" sheet that has a date +/- 2 days from the "Submit Date" on the "Master" Sheet?

Can you upload the file by clicking on "Go Advanced" and then using the paperclip icon to add your file?

    Re: Help with a formula

Please change the title of the treat, according to the forumrules.

    1. Use concise, accurate thread titles. Your post title should describe your problem, not your anticipated solution. Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

If you are satisfied with the solution, please mark the question solved.

You are far from an idiot if you even understand that formula. Most people don't know how to use an index, match, index formula to match against multiple criteria. It's pretty advanced.
