Maximum sum in one column given a criteria of a sum in another column

I have two columns, one giving a products cost and another listing its projected value. Is there a formula to calculate the highest possible projected value of some combination of the product if I have to be under a specific total cost?

    Example:

    Product Cost Proj. Value
    235 50
    118 37
    23 4
    49 13
    12 0.5
    7 0.4
    439 75

I have 8 slots for my product, I can use a product multiple times but the total cost cannot be higher than 100. Is there a formula to calculate the best combination given that criteria to give me the highest project value?

I've played around with SUMIFS and MAXIFS with no luck.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

I've setup a small Solver model based on info given in your first post as your uploaded file does not make sense to me.
