    Using dates for calculation rules

I am attempting to create a set of calculations in a spreadsheet based on dates. I have hourly weather data which I need to sum over each day, they over each month. However, I do not know how to separate out each summation per day or month, is there a function I can use for this?

    E.g.
    2020.xlsx
