I am fairly new to this forum and look forward to be of any help. I had been thinking how to tackle this problem and I'd like your opinion on how is it the best way to create a schedule.
On one tab, I have data inputs with different columns defined as Date / Activities and # of Days.
On the second tab, I have a weekly calendar/schedule that list the different activities and when they happen throughout the years.
What I am looking to do is whenever I input data into the data sheet, it populates automatically on the second tab (calendar) by formatting the number of cell needed in color which represents the numbers of days.
I added a template below that gives you a better idea of what I am trying to do.
I would appreciate any tips/help with this.
