Check if a value exists in a table

Hello all,
My problem is, I have 2 tables with different format, and I need to check - and just check - if a Name in a Column A in sheet1 exists in any Column/Row in sheet2 in a given date, like the pics below:

in other word, I need to write a formula in first sheet E4, to check if the name in the first sheet A4, exists anywhere in the second sheet in the columns F to J, when the date in the first sheet E3 = any date in the second sheet in column A, and if the name exists, put word like "YES" in E4, if not, make it blank.

so any help here please..?
I know it's difficult and I've been searching the net for about 3 days now,,,

This can be done by VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH functions. Can you post the sample template in excel format please?
