SUMIF combined with a multiplication

Thanks for being so helpful last time. One more little formula which I hope you can help with. I want to calculate 20% of something if it is not a disbursement. The entry system is thus:

E F G
Type Amount Tax
Db £10.00 £10.00

In column G I tried the following:

=SUMIF(E4,"Db",F4) works fine
=SUMIF(E4,"Db",F4*0.2) doesn't work
Then I realised that it wouldn't work anyway, because I want G to calculate 20% of F if "Db" is NOT written in column E alongside.
