How to sumif criteria are in 3 columns (ie not the usual 1)?

Hi there,

First of all my apologies if I don't respect the etiquette of this forum: I am very new and went straight for my question!

Not too sure how best to explain what I am trying to achieve but here it goes... .

In the column L "SUM 1+2+3", I would like to sum columns C, F and I IF and only IF the dates in columns B, E, H match the one in column K....
In L4 for example, the sum should be 40,000 + 40,000

Hope it makes sense? What is the right formula? If is something like sumifs or vlookup...?

Thanks in advance

Hi, welcome to the forum

1st, Please upload a sample of your workbook, not a picture of your data. Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you
Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls and stuff) - and, depending on what browser is being used, some pics dont even show up on the forum

Your workbook should show a small desensitized example of the data you are working with and a manual mockup of the expected results.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Regards
Ford

A proper SUMIF formula:
Formula: copy to clipboard

or a short array formula, has to be entered with Ctrl + Shift + Enter:
Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

(Does this look familiar, FDibbins?
<----- If you were helped by my posts you can say "Thank you" by clicking the star symbol down to the left

Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as SOLVED. If your problem has not been solved you can use Thread Tools (located above your first post) and choose "Mark this thread as unsolved".
Thanks.

Also, as a relatively new member of the forum, you may not be aware that you can thank those who have helped you by clicking the small star icon located in the lower left corner of the post in which the help was given. By doing so you can add to the reputation(s) of those who helped.
