If, And, Or Functions

Hi

I wonder if one of you guys can help me..................

I have 2 columns:

Type, can be one or 2 - Column X
Number, can be any value - Column Y

I also have a Matrix
Value
Type 0-3000 3001-12000 12001-18000 18001-30000 30001-1000000
3 4% 2.5% 2% 1.8% 1.65%
2 3% 1.8% 1.5% 1.4% 1.35%


The type columns if completed as to what type it is.

I would like to use the IF, AND function (or any other) to look at the type (column x) then look at the value (column y) and then look up the % that should be given.

The matix is columns Z-AE

I maybe haven't explained it too well, but if anyone can help, I would appreciate it thanks.

Sorry, the % will go in column x on the sample sheet, but just as a number, not an actual %
