A4:A66 HAVING VALUES LIKE PM1101 AND SO ON

Can you explain how you get the expected result from the data that you posted in your example? Also, what is the relationship/difference between the two columns labelled "A" and "B"? How is the date (23 July 2015) related to any of the dates in the table?

On the sheet you posted, the date was 23rd July. That date does not exist in the Table. Nor does it appear to be inside a date range in that Table. Please explain againhow 23rrd July and Part number matches anything!!

No, I cannot - because you did not tell us what the answer was supposed to be in your first post. Please amend your attached spreadsheet so that it can be used to derive the answer that you need,
