Odd "IF" formula result

Hi,

I've got this code that is suppose to view a cell on another sheet and return a value in another cell dependent on the result:

Works fine except one point. The value in "Scorecard!39" is conditioned to be a number running to one decimel point. Therefore it should read as "CBT_81.1" for example.

Its instead showing as "_81.18181818181"

Is there something I've missed?

Formulas cannot read and display another cell's format.
