How to Round a Long Number down?

I have a long list of numbers in Column J (example below):

58
24
3499999999999990
43
50000000000001
40000000000006

However, these super long numbers are coming up as things like:

5E+13
4E+13
9.9E+14
1.4E+14

I want to just round these numbers so that they'll only show the first 3 digits. I thought about using a LEFT formula but this wouldn't work for where the number is only 2 digits long and doesn't need cutting down.

Does anyone please have any suggestions? Thank you!

=LEFT(I6,2)

When I try this, it's not working for those showing as: 4E+13 , 9.9E+14, 8.3E+14, etc.

I've discovered that if you just format these as 'Number' it works though! :D Thanks for the help any way though!
