I am no expert when it comes to Excel. I've been trying to use VLOOKUP to help me with this but keep getting N/A
I have 2 worksheets.
Worksheet one:
Col 1: Award categories where each row lists multiple categories separated by commas.
Col 2: Applicant name
In Worksheet 2 I want:
Col 1: single Award category (eg. People's Choice)
Col 2: List of people who applied for this category
I hope that's clear. Everything is text - no numbers. Thanks.
Prob best post a spreadsheet.
A common error is the descriptions not matching, extra spaces, CHAR(160) etc
Attach a sample spreadsheet, remove any sensitive data.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
