Conditional Formatting of Cells

Using attached, if cells in column U = blank, then highlight cells in column R in Light Red whose dates are date entered plus 60 to 89 days from current calendar day (today) and change color to dark red when days hit day 90 and stay dark red until cells in column U are no longer blank and have a date entered into them.
