I have a schedule for my employees,both name-wise and place-wise.You can find the sample in the attachments.My issue being,if i enter a place under one of my employee's name in sheet one,is it possible that in sheet 2 the name of the same employee gets autofilled under the place name,that i alloted him in sheet 1.
Any help would be much appreciated.

It might help if you filled in a couple of these places on both sheets so we can see what you mean and where you want them. I only see people names so your request is confusing.
