Another one?! How many of these tables have you got??

Just joking. Try this formula. Can't fully test it as the only results I got are 0s or #N/As (suspected incomplete table in Workouts)

LOL have hundreds mate
I had to cut down the size to get it to attach here so quite a bit missing.
Once again I am sure you will have nailed it but I will hold off closure until I fully test in the main Workbook.
