Automated list generation

Hi,

I'm wondering is there is a way to extract a subset from a list that will automatically update itself when new data is entered.

For example, I have the data in examplesheet1 (though my actual dataset is thousands of rows long) and I wish to generate a list of quotes for which the entry in column C is "YES" and the project number entry in column S is not blank. For this dataset it would look like the list in examplesheet2.
In this instance I have used filters to remove the rows I don't want, but I was hoping to have a way in which I could autogenerate a list from the original dataset which I could see in a separate sheet that would automatically update itself as a) new rows were added to the original dataset and b) new project numbers were assigned to quotes.
