Automatically Updating a List Based on Two Other Lists (Help required)

I am trying to populate a list based on two other lists and I can't figure out the right formula.

As per the screenshot below, I want the values in columns A and B to be formulae that read information from Columns D and F.
The information in D and F are manually entered.

If I add something manually to either (or both of) D and F, I would like the lists A and B to repopulate accordingly.
In the below, you can see the values I have added in green and I want the list to auto-populate to include the cells in yellow.

But I just can't figure out the formulae to enter into A2-13 and B2-13 to do this.

Any help is much appreciated. I've been banging my head against this one for ages.

Hi, welcome to the forum

Please upload a sample of your workbook, not a picture of your data. Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you
Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls and stuff) - and, depending on what browser is being used, some pics dont even show up on the forum

Your workbook should show a small desensitized example of the data you are working with and a manual mockup of the expected results.
