Workday - Counting

I have a historic date and I need to find out how many working days there have been from that date until now.

How would I do it using the WORKDAY formula?

I need to exclude UK bank holidays too from it. Sorry! I meant to add that in.

Look at functions NETWORKDAYS or NETWORKDAYS.INTL
