Need formula to decode HTML to normal text

I would like a formula that decodes all the HTML entities to normal characters (i.e. & to &, " to " etc.)
Hopefully it's possible.

Alternatively if there's no formula for it, how can I import a text file with "Get External Data" by decoding the HTML entities?

Thanks for the link, but this topic seems to handle the problem with VBA macro. I would like to solve this problem with either a formula or the import data settings.
