A dymanic formula to return the expense for the current month

Attached is a summary tab and a data tab.

I am trying to summarise the expenses for the current month. I don't want a sumif as this isn't dynamic. I want to be able to input the current month and have the formula check the data tab and sum all the expenses for the particular company and detail in the summary tab.
