    Sum a column until it hits a certain value then stop

    I have an overtime calculation issue that is not working out well at all..

    I need to have a column add up to, but not exceed 44. is this possible?

    Not sure what that would achieve that =MIN(column_total, 44) wouldn't. So, for column B, for example:
