I have a spreadsheet that I print-to-pdf and mail out to customers (a monthly statement). So I have it formatted with certain highlighted cells that make it look more professional and easier for the client to read. But I also have highlighted cells that make it clear to the employees here which cells need to be updated in the spreadsheet. But I don't want these particular cell colors to print. If I choose the black/white option in Page Setup, I lose the formatting highlights that I want to print. Is there a way to specify which cell colors to print and which cell colors to ignore when printing?
