I am working on the file and problem is when the new person will take a class (Data Sheet), I don't have her in the Sheet1, but how can I identify that i missed her. Is it Pivot Table or Matching function will be work for this?
Thank you,
Kateryna

Hi Kateryna,
If I understand the question correctly, you need to learn about Dynamic Named Ranges (DNR). They grow or shrink based on how many rows of data are in the table. Then you use the DNR as the range of data in the Pivot Table. You should also refresh the Pivot each time you select that sheet. See: http://www.bettersolutions.com/excel...G820716330.htm
See the attached where these ideas are include.
