How to show summay sheet with large volume of data

I have a billing system that shows the customers name, amount owed, outstanding amount.

I have this on sheet 1. On sheet 2 I want to show the summary that is easy to read. I have attached an example.

I can do this for individuals, the problem I have is I have over 3000 customers and I wondered if there is a way of showing the information quicker and going into each individual and doing =sheet1!B1.

I hope this describes the issue. If not please let me know.

You've made life a little more difficult for yourself by having the data in Sheet1 shown how it is. By having a single row per customer with name in column A, Amount in B and Outstanding in C it would have been simpler to do.

Is it possible you can change the data to match that? if its at an early enough stage of your development you'll reap far more rewards later down the line when you try things such as filtering, sums etc
