Template for calculating overtime over time periods--semi monthly pay

Hi--I am new to this forum. I am really hoping someone can help me come up with a spreadsheet to do the following to calculate overtime over two different pay periods based on the following criteria:

Work week is Sun to Sun.
Paydays are the 15 and 30/31 of each month.
Pay periods run from 11th through the 25th and 26th through the 10th of following month.
Overtime is based on more that 40 hours per week (Sun to Sun)
Overtime is spread between paychecks based on how the pay period falls
Hourly employees punch at time clock so need to enter time in and out
