IF Statement Problem

I am trying to create an IF Statement condition around this flow chart. Having a hard time figuring out how I can accomplish this in Excel.

The values in the chart below is the output based on multiple values criteria when the criteria is TRUE. So my question is, how can I structure the equation in Excel formula so it calculates how the flow chart flows?

I am able to get the correct output from "Up" till "Pressure (Extended)" using the following equation:

=IF(AND(A1>B1,...),"Up", IF(AND(C1>D1,...),"Up (Bump)", ... IF(AND(C1<F1,...),"Pressure (Extended)",))))

I don't know how to structure this equation after that!

What's in all of those cells?

Is this supposed to represent a state diagram whose next state depends on the prior state and current inputs?

There are conditions each element has to meet to output either of the above values in any order. Except, once the condition enters "Correction" it then can further enter "Correction (Extended)" and if "Correction (Extended)" is not met it goes through "Reset" and then "Kickstart" and then "Kickstart" goes back to "Up" once "Up" values have been met.
