Calculating weekly average of values from different dates in a month

Hello Sirs,

I have a worksheet which is attached here, i need to get the results as per displayed highlighted "summary" in sheet "Accuracy of MAY to JULY 2015". Request please help me on this i have calculated daywise average but i need to display it in weekly form..

=AVERAGEIFS(B$4:B$95,$P$4:$P$95,18)

Copy across

Copy down and change 18 to 19 for Week2, 20 for week 3 etc.

Adjust weeks for June and July

(Averaging "Averages" is not mathematically correct)
