Ignoring Blank Cells

Hi, I have quite a long formula that is producing #VALUE errors because the "relative" cells contain no data.

=IF(A183="","",$EI$3*U183+$EI$4*V183+$EI$5*W183+$EI$6*X183+$EI$7*Y183+$EI$8*Z183+$EI$9*AB183+$EI$10*AC183+$EI$11*AD183+$EI$12*AL183+$EI$13*AN183+$EI$14*AT183+$EI$15*AV183+$EI$16*BV183+$EI$17*BX183+$EI$18*CD183+$EI$19*CF183+$EI$20*CL183+$EI$21*CN183+$EI$22*CT183+$EI$23*CV183)

Is there a shortcut way of ignoring blank cells or do I need to use an IF statement for each of them?

Your formula works. You have to check the cells that you are referencing. Probably the data in one of those cells is formatted as or contains text. Upload a sample of the worksheet (without personally identifying information) if you still are not able to resolve it after checking the problem cells.

Hi thebellguy, I did a find/replace ,"", to ,0, and it fixed this issue.
