2 Sets of Data, need to extract one cell based on employee name

Hi there,

It's Monday morning, and it's early, and I could use some help...lol.

I have 1 data set denoting employee retirement tiers/codes and another on employee salary. I need to match employee salary to their name and combine the data sets. The two sets contain data that the other does not respectively, but I just need to match salary by name. I've attached a sample sheet of what i'm working with. Note, my data set has over 3000 rows of data so I need something that will work for all rows.
